JTicket (JTIX) is an online ticket management tool that provides an online secured portal for our to customers to stay up to date on their JCOMM work orders. Each customer job is created as a JTicket and information is updated 24 x7 on every element of the job including scope of work, job status, scheduling and progress. Customers have access to launch their own tickets and communicate updates, questions and logistics thru the portal. JCOMM utilizes this tool to maintain the most current information on each job that is active with each customer. JTicket provides real time updates on each project and keeps information centralized by job, ensuring detailed accuracy and completion on every job!
